COVID-19 Statement

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives in ways which we might not have expected at first - however in recent months, its been comforting to witness a gradual return to a form of normality.

The property and letting market has made a full return in Cornwall, and here at Newquay Landlord Services, we're glad that we're able to continue to provide the same excellent service which we have always prided ourselves upon. However, it is easy to forget that the virus is still transmitting, and the new strain means that we do have to take care when welcoming visitors or guests to our properties.

If you are viewing a property, you will be asked to wear a suitable face covering (which adequately covers your nose and mouth). We also ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus, you should let us know, and we will work with you to ensure that your visit can be rescheduled. The symptoms of COVID-19 are detailed in this video:

Please do not attend a viewing or visit if you have a high temperature, dry cough, or have lost your sense of smell or taste.

We are also introducing enhanced cleaning measures in all of our properties, to ensure that they are as clean as possible. We aim for our properties to be a safe, germ-free environment - however in the event of a tenant contracting the Coronavirus, relevant parties (including other tenants) will be discretely notified that a positive test has been confirmed in the household. Details will then follow via email or messaging communication.

We hope that these added protocols will help to make our properties clean, safe and secure places to be.

Stay safe - and as always, if you have any questions or queries, let us know by reaching us via the 'Contact' page.
